Hey guys I'm trippin... the workout actually called for a round of 9 at the end. And I thought 135 was rx'd. My bad!

50 kettlebell swings, 2 pood
50 knees-to-elbows
50 wall-ball shots, 30-lb. ball
50 burpees

As rx’d, 19:45.

Awful. A rep scheme designed to destroy me. It was hot but overcast today…until I got to the wall balls, and then the sun came out…perhaps just to hate on me. I was questioning my life decisions at this point. Needed a full minute to come down off of the redline before I could even start burpees. They were slow and I was sucking wind big time, even after taking a rest.
