Jacob took the opportunity to practice his L-sits with both his hips and feet off the ground for as long as possible. I thought the sessions did a great job across the board of getting something out of this workout. It could have been a really easy one to sandbag.

We didn't keep track of height on box jumps today, but we had some people going with a 1-2 step to help them, especially coming after 3 minutes of squats. You can see Jacob doing the approach here.

Jacob, as it turns out, is really good at pushing straight ahead with his arms. So instead of just upping the weight, we went for speed; each set of 21 had to be done in 15 seconds or else the set didn't count. He hit each one right on the head without a milisecond to spare.

Jacob was emphasizing a stable shoulder position on his overhead lunges today and was able to keep consistent form through the entire workout.
