Dumbbell squats
Bar-facing burpees

Men use 50-lb. dumbbells
Women use 35-lb. dumbbells

Most of us (myself included) did regular burpees for the workout today; Elizabeth was one of the few who jumped over the bar each rep. Feet apart but still forward and hips in a good position. Slowly but surely she's been getting back in that Summer-Banet form. Watch out kids!

I also did 18.2.

A little disappointed in the clean. Did 205 no problem, 225 bad technique but made it, barely missed 235, stupidly jumped to 240 where I also missed, and then ran out of time. Post-WOD, after the heart rate came down a bit, I hit 235 easily but missed several attempts at 245.

Did all power cleans, legs were in no shape to squat clean after that noise.

Nice work to all. What weights were most people using for the dumbbells? Were most people Rx'd on that front?
