Elizabeth Banet in at the 3:30 session today! She's been doing some running on her own, so the first two rounds looked good. Almost everyone added a minute of practice instead of the rest because we didn't hit a high intensity today.

Two former Athletes of the Summer - Elizabeth Banet and Katie Bromm - were paired in this workout and were neck-and-neck the entire way. I really liked how this one turned out today.
