Handstand hold w/ breath control
*split into teams of two, one partner works on the couplet while the other does a 300m med-ball run

Jessica hit this workout pretty hard today and will probably go easy tomorrow because of her districts soccer game on Tuesday (which she plans on hitting a gameday workout). Coach Casey was able to do most of the workout today, subbing extended planks for handstand holds and sit-ups for the run.

First 10 bench in a row which was possibly a mistake – I fatigued in the middle and missed a rep in each of the later rounds. Power cleans as all singles, a few breaks in there as well; technique got better as I went along.
