We worked on high box jumps during the warmup of the later sessions. Mrs. Burton used to be afraid of jumping to the 15-in. box, now she is probably still afraid of it but worked her way up to 24 inches today.

From my buddy Adam. Unbroken ring dips to start but very broken after. Unbroken pull-ups and thrusters – but barely, these got hard at the end.
