We worked on high box jumps during the warmup of the later sessions. Mrs. Burton used to be afraid of jumping to the 15-in. box, now she is probably still afraid of it but worked her way up to 24 inches today.

Despite hitting a 3-minute pr on Manion yesterday, Mrs. Burton managed another pr on deadlifts today, hitting 205 for a single.

I don't think Mrs. Burton has missed a day since she joined a few weeks ago. Despite a chronically bad wrist, she worked really well on her clean technique today.
