Mr. Augustine looked really solid up until his last set of Hang power snatch at 75 lbs, then he started to press out a little. Still much better than I expected. Well done my man.

30 hip extensions. -- subbed 15 DB straight-leg deadlifts, 50# DBs
Handstand walk 50 feet -- subbed 15 HSPUs
Lunge 150 feet
As modified, 13:48. Hotel WOD. Forgot rep count for hip extensions or would have done correct amount. Broke HSPUs into 2 or 3 sets. Nice workout to get the blood moving a bit.
