Mr. Augustine looked really solid up until his last set of Hang power snatch at 75 lbs, then he started to press out a little. Still much better than I expected. Well done my man.

Campus improv version - do this one outside!

For time:

Find somewhere to run that lasts about 1:30 - 2:00 (meant to be a sprint)

30 skill burpees (place dirty sock between the feet)

30 find larg(ish) stone to med-ball-style clean/dumbbell clean/30 bleacher jumps (land in bottom of squat) - optional with weight

40-lb. dumbbell hang squat clean, 15 reps

As fatigue kicks in, it's tempting to let your knees bend during the toes to bar - as Pryde shows above. For today, we were looking to keep our legs straight.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

185-lb. hang power cleans, 3 reps

6 strict ring dips

9 box jumps, 30-inch

27 double-unders

 

Modify dips to bar/with band as needed

Most sessions used foam on box jumps and double-unders/jump ropes to keep the feet together.
