“Four Odd Tons”
Three rounds for time:
- 3 Snatch-grip Deadlift, 225#
- 6 Stone to Shoulder, 115# stone
- 12 Kettlebell Swing, 1.5p
- 24 Wall ball shots, 30# ball

As rx’d, 12:46. Each movement adds up to 2,000 pounds. I picked stuff I don’t usually do – or in the case of the wall ball, an unusual weight. Wall balls were definitely the worst. Hating life on those – had to break them up a bunch. Swings and deads unbroken. Stone was quick singles to start and not-so-quick singles by the end.
