WOD
Complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
Double unders
*split into teams of two, one partner works on the double unders while the other does 6 strict toes to bar and 8 thrusters
Post combined total reps to comments.
Mr. Van surprised himself today by getting his toes all the way up to the bar by the middle of the workout. Conamora covered for him a few times earlier in the workout when asked if he got all the way there yet.

As rx’d, 36:30.
Went pretty well, but maybe went out too fast on the muscle-ups. First 10 in about 2 minutes, but failed a bunch in the later sets, which forced me to slow way down. Unbroken HSPUs and GHDs – those were easy, this was all about the MUs.
