Five rounds for quality:
- 5 Press to Handstand Progressions
- 5 Hanging Ring Extensions
Usually did Tuck-up to Handstand, trying to straddle on the negative. Tried a few on the box but I need more work here to feel comfortable. Hanging ring extensions got better as I went along.
