WOD

Thanksgiving 6.0

Split into Teams of two. The stations are Turkish Get-up and Exercise with one person at each station at all times. Athletes rotate once two Turkish Get-ups each arm are performed. This cycle goes on for 6 minutes (instead of the usual 5), with a one minute rest before the next exercise sequence.
