For time:

250 sit-ups

4-minute plank hold

200 walking lunge steps

*split into teams of two, rotate on 25 squats for the sit-up station, synchronize the plank and lunges

*begin workout with a run around the block, partner up when arriving back at the gym, one partner works on sit-ups while the other holds a plank, rotate as needed.

*split into teams of two, one partner works on the lunges/sit-ups while the other does 12 burpees, then rotate

*split into teams of two, one partner does the couplet while the other holds a weighted plank, rotate after each round until both people do 12 rounds

I showed the Babies the movements then left them to their own creativity to make up their own workout; most of them ended up in groups of three. God knows what Madelyn was trying to instruct here.

6:00 Dumbbell snatches (rotate when partner finishes 25 hollow rocks)

6:00 Ankle tag

*Split into North of 14 mile vs South of 14 mole, keep track of place teams finish in. Lowest total wins.
