As rx’d, 64:31.
First time trying with the 40-lb vest; almost bit off more than I could chew! Unbroken pull-ups except one round. Tried a couple rounds of unbroken push-ups, but breaking was the better decision – usually 7-3. Slow squats – just trying not to die. Had to sit down multiple times. First mile 10:15, second mile 12:30 – was all I could do to not walk. Worst Murph ever. Just awful.
