Ring hold (7:00-14:00)

Push-up (14:00-21:00)

*split into teams of two, one partner works on these movements while the other runs 200m.

Erica did JT as rx'd (21-15-9 handstand push-ups, ring dips, push-ups) today for the first round, then had to modify to jumping ring dips after that. Still a great job on a rough workout!

Mr. Wonsil did banded rings dips today at the 7 pm session. For once, his forearms were not the limiting factor today.
