4 rounds of:

1:00 Alternating Alohas

1:00 Limbo Lifts

1:00 Sharkbite Burpees

1:00 Somewhere-Over-the-Rainbow Wallballs

2:00 Sharking Relay

Workout of the Day - Water Wars

Warmup

3 rounds of

Hollow rocks

Push-ups

Kettlebell swings

Squats

Handstand

 

Partner WOD

2 rounds, for reps, of:

2 minutes Belly flop burpees

2 minutes Prancing in the rain (40 m dash)

2 minutes Crabwalks (20 m)

2 minutes Cannon ballz

2 minutes Slip 'n' slide army crawls

 

Each partner works for 1 minute at each station. While one partner works, the other is in the "bunker" throwing water baloons.

Post total reps for both rounds to comments

After WOD

Relay Race - teams of 4

Overhead Lunge with water bucket, 4 mats

Every time water spills out of the bucket, the whole team performs 5 push-ups
