We had a great 6:30 session tonight headlined by two Champions Club legends surprising everyone: Summer 2010 OGs Lauren Higgins and Frankie Lama.

*divide into teams of two. One partner works on the two exercises while the other does a 200m weighted run with 25-lb. plate.

Lauren Higgins was back in action today at the 7 pm session after being gone overseas for a few weeks. She had a rough workout, but she had Katie Bromm roll in at the end of the session to cheer her on.
