Pick any three of the following movements:
Push-up
Handstand push-up
Dip
Burpee
Sit-up
Hollow rock
Shuttle run (you determine the turnaround distance)
Dumbbell strict press
Perform the "death by" ladder for one of the movements, rest 3 minutes, then the next movement, rest 3 minutes, then the last movement. The "death by" ladder means you do 1 rep during the first minute, two reps the second minute, three the third, and so on. You can do as many sets as needed during that minute, and once you cannot perform the allotted number of reps in that minute you are done.
