"Harry Potter Theme Workout"

Complete as many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:

Year 1 - Berti Bott's Every Flavor Burpee

Year 2 - Parseltongue Push-ups

Year 3 - Azkaban Escape

Year 4 - Goblet of Squats

Year 5 - Lovegood Lunges

Year 6 - Horcrux Split-up Sit-ups

Year 7 - Deathly Hollow Rocks

*split into four houses and total up reps for each house's members

Perform each station for 2 minutes:

Year 1: Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Burpees

Year 2: Parsletongue Pull-ups

Year 3: Azkaban Escape (400m run)

Year 4: Goblet of Squats

Year 5: Weasley's Wizard Wallballs

Year 6: Horcrux Split-up Sit-up

Year 7: Deathly Hollow Rocks

*All participants through the 2 afternoon sessions are divided into houses, each athlete works individually to add their score to the rest of the athletes in their house

50 double unders/100 singles

20 mountain climbers (back and forth counts as 1)
