Today was Mrs. Gloria's 80th birthday and she stopped by during the 4:30 session to say hi. Somehow she was persuaded to jump in the workout and did 2 rounds.

8 handstand push-ups

22 deadlifts

13 sit-ups

*split into teams of two, one partner does one movement, then the other partner does the movement, and so on.

*split into teams of two, alternate rounds with your partner; every 4 minutes, each partner performs 18 push-ups

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20:03 of:

4 burpees

16 wallballs

18 anchored sit-ups

*split into teams of two, one partner does burpees then the other partner does burpees, etc. One round is when both teammates finish a full one.

Good turnout to celebrate Dillon's birthday (which was yesterday) with some surprise burpees and wallballs.

So... uh... I guess we do birthday parties now. Josh (the climbing ninja) from the Babies session held his 8th birthday party here at 4:30. It was a freaking zoo and it was a blast!
