AMRAP in 15 minutes of:

8 Pull-ups

15 GHD situps

 

*One partner works while the other does 20 deadlifts, 10 hang power cleans, 5 hang power snatch. then alternate.

**each pair picked an exercise to be included in the workout

 

Kids workout:

AMRAP in 7 minutes of:

3 push-ups

4 Squats

10 plate jumps
