Bench press: bodyweight
Clean: ¾ bodyweight

Not often we see Shakes doing 85 lbs. deadlifts, but we all went for quality today. More reps and lighter weight at a steady pace. She did a great job getting something out of it.

We made modifications due to lack of equipment and also changed up how we did it from last time. We'll see if anything is different next time around, but Shakes and Crawford had good form this morning.
