10 push-ups
15 sit-ups
*split into teams of two, one partner works on the couplet while the other holds the bottom of an overhead squat

Another weekend and another packed house. We tried to combine the OHS/bar muscle-up workout with the swim push-up one.

We went retro with the Double-A session and did the long jump/high jump progressions with the blue mat. Josh decided to mix both of them together.
