Ricky in for a random workout today, and still has double unders and overhead squats like its 2015.

Another weekend and another packed house. We tried to combine the OHS/bar muscle-up workout with the swim push-up one.

Jacob took the opportunity to practice his L-sits with both his hips and feet off the ground for as long as possible. I thought the sessions did a great job across the board of getting something out of this workout. It could have been a really easy one to sandbag.

Jump ropes

*split into teams of two, one partner can only do their jump ropes while the other is holding the bottom of an overhead squat

**jump rope number is different for each person (we did 20-sec test, then doubled it for the workout number)
