For place:
Track & Field (1600m run)
Olympic Weightlifting (3:00 clean and jerk - 115/85/65/dumbbells)
Shooting/Archery (3:00 wallballs from 4-feet out)
Floor Routine (AMRAP in 3:00 of 2 forward rolls, 8 burpees)
Synchronized Diving (3:00 inverted burpees synched up with someone)
*1 point for first place, 2 for 2nd, etc. Lowest score wins.

There have been studies and such that have linked getting up without hands to longevity. Studies or not, common sense would tell you the less help you need getting off the ground, the more likely you are so survive a trip and fall. We tried to do the candlesticks without hands at the 6:30 session so our parents can keep staying ahead of the game.
