250 sit-ups

4-minute plank hold

200 walking lunge steps

*split into teams of two, rotate on 25 squats for the sit-up station, synchronize the plank and lunges

Sit-ups (12:00-24:00)

*split into teams of two, one partner works on the lunges/sit-ups while the other does 12 burpees, then rotate

Dumbbell thrusters (second 12 minutes)

*One partner does burpees while the other does sit-ups, rotate as needed (minimum 15 sit-ups)
*this station is on the turf

Plankincense

AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
Wall-touch
*One partner does wall-touch while the other holds a plank, rotate as needed (minimum 50 wall-touch)
*this station is on the floor

Burr

AMRAP in 8 minutes of:
Squat jumps
*one partner does squat jumps while the other does a parking lot run, rotate as needed (minimum 1 run)
*this station is outside

 

Post total reps from all 3 workouts to comments.

"Christmas Eve Commotion"

AMRAP in 8 minutes of:

12 Hand-release push-ups (partner 1)

12 Hand-release push-ups (partner 2)

25 Partner anchored situps

 

WOD 2

"Magi Mile" modified

As Many Wall Balls As Possible in 12 Minutes*

*One partner must run to the dumpster and back while the other completes wall balls, then partner switch and continue the count until the time is up.

 

WOD 3

"Twelve Days of Burpees"

Complete the ladder for time:

Partner 1 - 12 burpees, sprint to middle of parking lot and back

Partner 2 - 11 burpees, sprint

Partner 1 - 10 burpees, sprint

Partner 2 - 9 burpees, sprint

... Down to 1 burpee, sprint

 

1 point is awarded to first place, 2 points for second, etc. Lowest total after all three workouts wins.
