WOD

AMRAP for quality in 4 minutes of:

5 plate jumps

5 push-ups

5 squats

*rest 3 minutes. repeat

 

then

4 minute partner burpee ladder

1st partner does 1 burpee

2nd partner does 2 burpees

1st partner does 3 burpees

2nd partner does 4 burpees

etc.

I was expecting about 4 people at the 10 am session. We ended up with 11. What a group!
