Each round consists of a Squat, Kettlebell swing and Pull-up. The first round will be squat 80 reps, Kettlebell swing 40 reps, and Pull-up 20 reps.

We ended the day with 61 people (not including Dean, whose name ended up on the board somehow), which is a first day of Summer attendance record, beating 2020 by 3. The 5:30 session probably had the best performance out of any group today.

* Split into teams of two. Partner 1 completes plate carry while partner 2 completes couplet. Each partner completes 4 plate carries.

4 burpee broad jumps

10 kettlebell swings

10 goblet squats

*split into teams of two, one partner works at a time with burpee broad jumps, then with both kettbell movements

Dita has been the standout of the Double-A session so far this Summer, and that is saying something because the group keeps growing with more kids.
