Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps

Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

For the first time all June we had a really good turnout at the 11 am session; it's usually just Kroll and Danielle. It was pretty hot today, and this crew did well despite the conditions. I would not expect anything different from the Champions Club!

We had a huge crew at 11 am today. Most athletes on the day did med ball sit-ups instead of weighted GHD sit-ups.

The eleven o'clock crew looked good this morning. We did puch presses instead of split jerks and the cross country kids went in-season - 4 rounds instead of 7.
