While the Babies and Double-A sessions are going to need some retooling, Madelyn, Parker, and Bread got some good jump rope practice in today. Bread did this after doing the workout with the 10 am group.

*split into teams of two, one partner does the couplet while the other holds a weighted plank, rotate after each round until both people do 12 rounds

I showed the Babies the movements then left them to their own creativity to make up their own workout; most of them ended up in groups of three. God knows what Madelyn was trying to instruct here.
