25 deadlifts

Run 800 meters

While the Babies and Double-A sessions are going to need some retooling, Madelyn, Parker, and Bread got some good jump rope practice in today. Bread did this after doing the workout with the 10 am group.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of: 

10 left-arm dumbbell snatches 

10 right-arm dumbbell snatches

30-second hollow hold

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 

5 strict pull-ups 

10 squat jumps 

5 shuttle runs 

*Split in teams of two. Partner 1 completes strict pull ups, partner 2 completes strict pull ups, partner 1 completes squat jumps, partner 2 completes squat jumps, continue with you go, I go.

The Double-A session did a lot of jumping today. Parker, Carmen, and Dita showed off some bounce.

4 rounds of:

1 minute of Somewhere Over the Rainbow Wallballs

1 minute of Alternating Alohas

1 minute of Limbo Lifts (minus the push jerk)

1 minute of Samoan Situps

2 minutes of sharking (each garage run worth 5 reps, sharking worth 10)

Erika attacked Parker as he was coming back to the sanctuary of the gym. The narrow alley made for the most intense sharking we have ever seen. Ricky almost killed Murley in the opening round.
