Workout of the Day - Pirates of the Caribbean Theme 2020

Warmup

Dorchester Park
60 Assisted Pistols (to parking block)
60 Walk the Planks (lateral plank walk)

Exchange Park
60 Jump ships (Bleacher jumps)
60 Parlay Push-ups (Pike push-ups)

The Gym
30 Snatch the Medallion (dumbbell snatch)
30 Swab the Deck (burpee)
1 Hoist the Colors (rope climb)

*split the gym into 4 teams, each team must run to the park and complete that workout before heading to the next park; the gym is the last workout. 2 teams run to Dorchester first and the other 2 run to Exchange first.

Year 2: Chamber of Sit-ups

Year 3: Hagrid's Hang Power Cleans

Year 4: Goblet of Squats

Year 5: Weasley's Wizard Wallballs

Year 6: Slug's Clubs (kb swings)

Year 7: Deathly Hollow Rocks

*Divide the group into Houses, and each person works individually. Perform everything once through for 2 minutes per station, and take the individuals' average reps at each station.

Rookies Lira and Rylee came dressed in their Gryffindor attire along with Lindsey. Gryffindor won the House Cup much to the complaints of the other houses.

Small group of 5 today (Mrs. Nevarez came in just as the workout was starting) but the parents rocked it as usual. Mrs. Bennis and Mrs. Tara seemed to enjoy the partner carries more than expected.
