800m run
L-sit
Balance beam walk (1 foot off = 1 sec. penalty, 2 feet off = 2 sec. penalty)
Parking lot relay
Handstand hold for time
4x400m relay
Snatch (2 minutes for 3 attempts)
Add up total places finished for each team. Lowest score wins.

Complete as many rounds as posible in 15 minutes of:
10 Kettlebell swings
20 Double unders (or 50 singles)
*split into pairs. While one person is working, other person runs to the front of the building then walks across parking blocks, then runs back. Rotate when that person gets back.
**If you fall off the blocks, you mush start back over from the start.
