Complete as many toes to bar as possible in 3 minutes

3 rounds for time of:

Broad jump length of turf

Medicine ball throw 2x the number of jumps

 

Workout 3

Find a 1-rep max clean and jerk in 15 minutes

 

Workout 4

Swim (crab walk/somersault) 3 lengths of the turf

Bike to Dorchester

Swim 3 lengths of the turf

Olympics Theme Workout 2021

For place:

Track & Field (1600m run)

Olympic Weightlifting (3:00 clean and jerk - 115/85/65/dumbbells)

Shooting/Archery (3:00 wallballs from 4-feet out)

Floor Routine (AMRAP in 3:00 of 2 forward rolls, 8 burpees)

Synchronized Diving (3:00 inverted burpees synched up with someone)

*1 point for first place, 2 for 2nd, etc. Lowest score wins.

"Rio 2016 Olympics Workout"

For place:

800m run

L-sit

Balance beam walk (1 foot off = 1 sec. penalty, 2 feet off = 2 sec. penalty)

Parking lot relay

Handstand hold for time

4x400m relay

Snatch (2 minutes for 3 attempts)

 

Add up total places finished for each team. Lowest score wins.
