Olympics Theme Workout 2021

For place:

Track & Field (1600m run)

Olympic Weightlifting (3:00 clean and jerk - 115/85/65/dumbbells)

Shooting/Archery (3:00 wallballs from 4-feet out)

Floor Routine (AMRAP in 3:00 of 2 forward rolls, 8 burpees)

Synchronized Diving (3:00 inverted burpees synched up with someone)

*1 point for first place, 2 for 2nd, etc. Lowest score wins.

Mrs. Hana and Mrs. Carey were fighting and clawing on their 800m run; Mrs. Hana nudged out the veteran by a second.

Heather got over her fear of tumbling this morningand completed all 5 rounds of the workout with forward rolls included. I wouldn't expect any less.
