Mrs. Pip and Mama V were surprised by a Kris Campbell appearance this morning, back from spring break. We set them up at a stagger and I can imagine this is what wild deer feel like when being chased by a giant grizzly bear.

Big Kris was back for the workout today and he did a full rope climb the first round, then two half climbs the last one. I also beat him in wraastling before the session started.

Kris, and almost everyone else, went on a slow tempo for their back squats today. Big Kris did a great job on form depth and control.
