Sam Curtis has been doing really well in the workouts lately. We went over running technique for a long time with the middle school crew and she was matching a fast cadence with her falling.

On a 15-minute clock, for max reps each round:
From 0:00-3:00, run 400 meters then do pull-ups
    Rest 1 minute
From 4:00-7:00, run 400 meters then do 155-lb. clean and jerks
    Rest 1 minute
From 8:00-11:00, run 400 meters then do pull-ups
    Rest 1 minute
From 12:00-15:00, run 400 meters then do 155-lb. clean and jerks

Elizabeth Banet in at the 3:30 session today! She's been doing some running on her own, so the first two rounds looked good. Almost everyone added a minute of practice instead of the rest because we didn't hit a high intensity today.
