10 rounds for time of:

5 front squats

1:00 handstand practice

Mrs. Jayme did a handstand rollout! We used the mat during the workout, and after she did it on the blue mat.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:

Run 800 meters

20 strict toes to bar

*split into teams of two, both partners run at the same time, then toes-to-bar is split up however straegized

Tea' and Mrs. Jayme were paired up today and did partner blocked runs: one person stayed in front on the way out and they switched on the way back. Staying close like this keepsthe back person from reaching their foot out and the front person from letting the foot lag too far back.

Mrs. Jayme really did a great job of pushing the intensity tonight. As she got tired she started to pull with her arms on the cleans, and even round her back on a few reps. We'll make note and work on it during a workout that doesn't make us want to pass out.

75 handstand push-ups

75 L-pull-ups

100 kettlebell swings

75 inverted burpees

75 toes to bar

Run 800 meters

*split into teams of two, divide work however strategized, runs must be completed together

Mrs. Hana and Mrs. Jayme took their turns at modified handstand push-ups today. This was a rough one.
