Jesse ended up with good form today. We did a bunch of reps and sets slow today for about 45 minutes then called it a day. Not fun but very useful.

Jesse's squats have been getting better and better since he came back for the Summer. Knees are not coming quite as forward and arches are staying in tact. Rack position - for him and the entire gym - is another thing altogether. This was a tough workout and challenged us with heavier weight than usual.
