:30 dumbbell snatch

:30 rest

:30 burpees

:30 rest

:30 mountain climbers

:30 rest

*split into teams of two, one partner works while the other rests.

Mr. Van and Aaron were partnered up today and it was an absolute sweatfest.

By the time Dawson and Aaron hit the 3:30 session, the lovely garage door weather was about 80 degrees on the blacktop. Hopefully it's a hint towards the Summer months.

Aaron Augustyn usually does push jerk instead of split jerks, but he inststed on doing them today and ended up looking much better than usual. Great work kiddo!
