Today was Ender's first time jumping in with a regular group and he found himself with former Babies session teammate Conamora.

Complete as many reps as possible in 16 minutes of:

One-arm lunges (8-minutes)

Sit-ups (8 minutes)

*split into teams of two, one partner works on reps while the other completes 10 weighted step-ups

Don't look now, but Conamora's squat is looking pretty competent! It should last until she hits her next 6-inch growth spurt.

Jessica Suchta got moved up from the 10 am session to join with the regular workout sessions. She came to the 11 am session this morning and showed great form on split jerks.

Jennifer showed good form today on the lunges. They were tricky today because not only did we have the one arm overhead, but most people held the other one in a rack position. We stayed emphasized on loading order on lunges and step-ups.

Jacob was emphasizing a stable shoulder position on his overhead lunges today and was able to keep consistent form through the entire workout.
