Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:

12 burpees

20 box step-ups 

*split into teams of two, one partner works on the couplet while the other does 8 strict pull-ups.

 

Post rounds to comments. 

Mr. Mark put a lot of emphasis on keeping his knees from coming too far forward on the burpees and step-ups.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

20 dumbbell snatch, alternating

10 dumbbell step-ups

*split into teams of two, one partner does the dumbbell work while the other does strict toes to bar

 

Post total toes to bar to comments.

Lulu was on top of her game today, as she has been all Summer. We spent a lot of time emphasizing rhythm on the dumbbell snatch and step-up.

10 ring push-ups

Our 10 am session has some special kids in it for sure. If they would just talk every now and then I might say they are my favorite session. Either way, they don't move like rookies any more; Summer #2 for all of them except Jessica and I'd put them up against any high schoolers or middle schoolers in the area.
