30 wallballs

30 sumo deadlift high pulls

30 box jumps

30 calories row/run 400/30 burpees

30 push-ups

10 bodyweight back squats

*pick two or three exercises out of the group and make a workout out of it.

Nick Bewick had his best workout in recent memory today as the lone ranger at the 6:30 session. He did all sdhp and back squats unbroken and got past a few mental hurdles in the process.
