Kroll surprised us today at the 4:30 session; her and Shannon made up Tuesday's partner workout. As for the normal workout, quite a few people were feeling wrecked from a tough week of workouts, so we did a lot of mobility and took the sets easy.

We did jumping pull-ups/negatives with most people instead of using a band today. Cory was in two days in a row for a change and had himself a good workout.

I had every intention of putting Crystal's picture up for this workout... but freaking Pat was out of his mind today, finishing his first hang at 3:30. Jay, who only managed a pitiful 2-min hold on his first set, came in to see the old man still hanging and yelled, "What the %#@& Pat?!?"

Warmup

"Jurassic Smash"

Complete as many reps as possible of:

Clean and jerk, 1 minute

Burpee box jump, 1 minute

then,

Clean and jerk, 30 seconds

Burpee box jump, 30 seconds

 *divide into teams of two and alternate reps with a partner

**dinosaur attacks occur at 1, 3, 5, and 7 minutes and are denoted by the following: 

1:00 = T-Rex attack: hold a motionless plank position for 1 min.

3:00 = Pterodyctal attack: hold active bottom of squat for 45 seconds

5:00 = Velocaraptor attack: designated sprint with 1:20 time cap

7:00 - Baby predator attack: bar hang for 30 seconds

***penalty for not surviving the attack is to sit out until the next attack

****first round of attacks is clean and jerk, second round of attacks is burpee box jump, etc.
