Today we improvised on the spot and ended up keeping track of total time spent resting for each cycle. Sometimes we don't realize how much time we actually spend resting; Jenna got better with each round.

After a shaky attendance to start the Summer, Rookie Jenna Moeller has been locked in as of late!
