JR came to us last winter from the Warren Basketball Camp and stayed with us through the Summer (if I recall correctly) before taking some time off. He's been back the last month and some change and he had his best session by far today! Also Michael Banet's face is pretty funny!

I have no idea why these are called IceCream Makers but Jay and Aaron were practicing them during the warmup. Basically rotate from the top of a pull-up to a front lever and back.
