Buy in: 80 dumbbell snatches 

Then 5 rounds for quality of:

400 meter partner run 

6 partner assisted pistol 

*In teams of 2, each person completes 80 dumbbell snatches, each person completes 6 pistols total per round.

6 pistol/candlestick roll variations

**One person works at a time. Alternate exercises with your partner (i.e. partner 1 does push press, partner 2 does pistols, partner 1 does hip extensions, partner 2 does push press...). Post total rounds completed to comments.

Sabal was the lone ranger who went rx'd today. Towards the end of the workout he went with reverse grip butterfly pull-ups.

Workout of the Day - Monday, July 20

Warmup

Mobility/technique

 

For time:

21 one-legged squats with a 65-lb. dumbbell

185-lb. clean and jerks, 15 reps

9 muscle-ups

Rest 15 minutes

Then, for time:

21 parallette handstand push-ups

165-lb. snatches, 15 reps

9 muscle-ups

 

Post times for each chipper to comments.

Most people substituted 3 rope climbs for the muscle-ups. Mr. Wonsil tested out some assisted muscle-ups.
