10 single-leg squats, alternating

*one partner does the farmers walk while the other does handstand and L-sit practice (every time you come down perform 20 squats)

* split into teams of two, one partner works Ricky Reps on pull-up/push-up variations while other partner practices pistols.

Erika Banet and Reggie did some ring dips today, switching from ring push-ups halfway through the workout. They modified the numbers.

Erika Banet made a random appearance today, and will apparently be in all week due to winter break. Then in the middle of the 4:30 session, EP stopped in to say hi. Good to see both of them around.

Sometimes I forget how Elizabeth Elizabeth is. She Elizabeth'd this workout, doing 21 rounds as rx'd before tapping out. She's a beast, dude! (Ed. note: Then Erika's thing at 6:30 was even better!)
