WOD

Complete 3 minutes, 2 minutes, then 1 minute of each:

Handstand push-ups

GHD sit-ups

Pistols

 

Post total reps for each exercise to comments.

"It wasn't sweaty enough in here so I had to come back!" A 30-lb. less version of Kyle Anderson returned from the Georgia heat to infest our gym with a sweat pool everywhere he walked - only to leave us again for vacation. Always good to have Kyle back around though.

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

 50 double-unders

 135-lb. back squats, 10 reps

A very beardless Kyle Anderson is back for a week or so before leaving us again. He's still as goony as ever, but still great to have around.
